Returns & Exchanges
At Cougar Sales & Rental, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality equipment and supplies, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in original, unused condition and include all original packaging and documentation.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the items in their original crates or boxes, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Ship the Product
Send the package via a trackable shipping method to the return address provided by our support team; please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality and completeness, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
